I started my weight loss journey this past November-I joined a gym and got a trainer.

I LOVE New Beginnings and red light therapy so much. I initially went for weightloss and exceeded my goals, now I go every week for red light treatment to manage mood, overall wellness, and beauty. I can definitely tell when I have gone, it's like night and day. I am so much calmer, more productive, energetic, in a better mood, and am able to sleep much better. Just about every part of my health, mental health, spiritual life, and wellness sees improvement. It's a bonus that everyone seems to think I'm 24, too (I am much older than that)! Wonderful....Ms.Linda is great. The treatment is working but, you have to commit to your diet for sure to see the greatest results. I've lost 3 inches or more and can see the difference.  Ms. Linda works hard and I think some help would be beneficial.

About a year ago I was the heaviest I had ever been and not feeling like myself. I wanted to find a way to lose inches, lose weight, and to just feel better; feel more healthy and just more like myself. I called Linda at New Beginnings Baltimore because I trusted Linda would guide me, educate me, and hold me accountable and she did that and more. I started with red light therapy and then moved onto Evolve Transform X. WOW is all I can say.

I've had GREAT weight loss results with Linda at New Beginnings. At first I was skeptical but had great results after the first 4 sessions so continued with 10 more (2x/week). I had already lost about 40lbs but my weight loss had stalled and I needed a jump start so I decided to try the body contouring. In total I lost 20lbs and 16 inches in just 6 weeks! I went from a size Large to Small in this period. I did make some dietary adjustments with Linda's suggestions and continued to walk ~1hr most days plus strength and HIIT training. I was doing a lot of that before, but did make those adjustments and increased activity especially within the 24 hrs after contouring. Before the weight loss stalled I was losing about .8-2 lbs a week depending, then wasn't losing anything. With the contouring and adjustments ar New Beginnings I lost 3 1/3 lbs per week. It really works!!! And I feel GREAT too, it's totally healthy.

My experience here at new beginnings have been nothing but the BEST! I initially purchased the package through Groupon not knowing or having any expectations. I was willing to try anything BUT surgery to get rid of this fat. During my initial consultation, Linda set with me and explained how red light therapy along with the full body vibration (jiggle machine)  helps aid in weight loss. To obtain the most effective results, you MUST make dietary changes and exercise. I was ready for the challenge and dived in full force. Fast forward to today, I am currently on my second round and have lost a total of 26 lbs so far and LOTS of inches. Throughout this process, Linda have not only been my health coach but she have became a good friend. I love our conversations so much that whenever I’m in the area, I stop by just to say hello.

So decided to return in December and it was the best decision I could have made. Ms. Linda @ New Beginnings is amazing. She is a great coach. She will help you set realistic weight-loss goals and help you make small changes in your lifestyle that will have long-term effects. The amount of weight and INCHES I’ve lost this second time around have been AMAZING! The red light therapy is 20 minutes and then you “jiggle” for 20 minutes (which aids in fat loss) and you are in and out in less than 1 hour. No matter what your weight loss goal are, it will help you reach it. The red light has SOOOO MANY MORE BENEFITS like not getting those winter time blues and even helping with things like arthritis. I purchased a Groupon for the services Linda offered as a way to jump start my weight loss. I had very little expectations but I was ready to do my work. I enjoy working out, (which includes running, cycling, and strength training with my fitness group) but I had NO motivation. Well, after 3 months of working with Linda, I have lost 24 pounds and 17 inches and still loosing. Linda was very effective with making me accountable to my nutrition plan as well as showing up for my sessions.  She helped me become aware of how different foods affect how I feel and that was huge. This actually helped me develop the energy that I needed  to stay consistent with my work outs.  While still have more work to do, I could not be more amazed with my results and I have Linda to thank for it.

I had a maintenance appointment today with New Beginnings Towson since my last visit in August, 2020. As of today I have loss another 5 1/8" from under my breast to under my navel. I can't remember the wright loss, but I think it's 2-3lbs. I have maintained my exercise and eating healthy as Linda instructed me too.

You can continue to loss weight and inches if follow what Linda tells you to do and keep your maintenance appts. I plan to keep my maintenance appointments as Linda stated once every other month or 6 weeks.  I can't thank Linda enough and I enjoy the conversation with the professionalism.

I was thinking about smart lipo but I wanted to do something more natural because you always take the risk of permanent damage with the removal of cellulite. I decided to try the laser like lipo because it was a more natural process. In 2 months from simple  changes in my bad diet habits and tips from the owner, I lost 20 lbs and 16 inches. The cost is so much more affordable and it is so much safer then any kind of procedure. The weight loss is different because it also helps to tones and firms the areas that you lose weight in. It’s 2 in one. I am in my 40s with 2 children from c sections and my body looks the most firm and toned that it has my whole life. I really wish I had before and after pictures. If you do it and really want it, you will be very happy with your decision.

I'm not normally a person that leaves reviews per my nutritionist my fat was down  10% and my muscle was up by 8% this was after I did my 3 visits with Linda..... Linda Hiss is a very good health coach. The environment is very relaxing. You can always look forward to a great conversation. Linda is not pushy nor does she make you crazy with calorie counting. I started about a month ago with the trial offer and have lost 5 inches on my overall body and 5lbs wlithin 7 sessions.The lipo does it part and if you do your part with clean eating and daily exercise it all works together. The best part is you are in and out within 45min to a hour. It is affordable. Linda will work with you..she really does care about her clients. New Beginnings is great.

My experience at New Beginnings has been great. Linda is awesome. I am also seeing results. In late April, I had an event and bought a pant suit. When I went to wear it I had to wear spanx. In October, I had a meeting and decided to wear those pants and they fell down. I had to pin them up. I was too excited. I decided to try on pants from last fall and winter that I was going to give away this year if they didn't fit, but they fit now, so I am keeping them. Great experience.
